Program Description
Prof. Benjamin Hughes is an independent arbitrator at The Arbitration Chambers in Singapore and Fountain Court Chambers in London. He has been appointed as arbitrator in over 100 international arbitrations worth several billion dollars, and is recognized as a leading arbitrator in various professional publications. An adjunct professor of law at National University of Singapore Law School and National Taiwan University Law School, he now lives in Singapore but grew up just up the road in Conroe, Texas.
